WHAT IS SPERMATOCELE
A spermatocoele (also known as a spermatic cyst) is a fluid-filled sac that forms in the epididymis, a small, coiled tube located at the back of the testicle. The epididymis stores and transports sperm, and a spermatocoele typically contains sperm cells and fluid. It is usually benign (non-cancerous) and is often painless, although it can cause discomfort in some cases.
SYMPTOMS OF SPERMATOCELE
The symptoms of a spermatocoele can vary, but many people with this condition experience no noticeable symptoms at all. When symptoms do occur, they may include:
A Painless Lump: A soft, smooth, movable lump in the scrotum, usually located above or behind the testicle.
Heaviness or Discomfort: Some people may experience a feeling of heaviness or mild discomfort in the scrotum, particularly if the spermatocoele is large.
Swelling: In rare cases, a larger spermatocoele can cause visible swelling or a change in the shape of the scrotum.
If the lump is large or painful, it’s best to see a healthcare provider to rule out other potential causes and discuss treatment options.
CAUSES OF SPERMATOCELE
The exact cause of a spermatocoele is not always clear, but it generally occurs due to blockage or dysfunction in the ducts of the epididymis, the tube that stores and transports sperm. When these ducts become blocked, fluid and sperm can accumulate, leading to the formation of a cyst. Here are the main factors that may contribute to the development of a spermatocoele:
1. Blockage of Epididymal Ducts:
- The most common cause of a spermatocoele is a blockage in the small tubes (ducts) within the epididymis. When these ducts become obstructed, fluid and sperm accumulate, forming a cyst.
2. Infection or Inflammation:
- Previous infections or inflammation of the epididymis (such as epididymitis) may lead to scarring or blockage in the ducts, increasing the likelihood of developing a spermatocoele.
- Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) or other bacterial infections can sometimes affect the epididymis and cause blockages.
3. Injury or Trauma:
- Injuries to the scrotum or testicles, such as from a direct blow or surgery, can lead to scarring and result in the formation of a spermatocoele.
4. Congenital Abnormalities:
- Some men may be born with structural abnormalities in their epididymis that predispose them to developing spermatoceles. This is a less common cause but can happen when the ducts in the epididymis do not form properly during fetal development.
5. Age:
- Age can also play a role in the development of spermatoceles. Though they can occur at any age, they are more commonly seen in men between the ages of 20 and 40.
6. Chronic Conditions:
- Certain chronic conditions, such as varicocele (enlarged veins in the scrotum), can also contribute to the development of spermatoceles by disrupting normal sperm flow and increasing the risk of blockage.
In many cases, however, a spermatocoele develops without any obvious or identifiable cause. While they are typically benign and do not affect fertility, it’s still important to monitor for any symptoms or changes. If you notice a lump in the scrotum or have concerns, it’s advisable to consult with a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and potential treatment.
We offer the best natural treatment for SPERMATOCELE in Nigeria without surgery and we have treated over 4750 patients successfully without surgery over 13 years in practice both in Nigeria and abroad.

NOTE :
This spermatocele normal kit and special kit for all male testicular diseases range between 3 months to 6 months. Your duration of treatment depends on the age of the spermatocele, the severity, the complications the spermatocele has caused. If it is acute or chronic spermatocele most of the time, it gets cured within phase 1 (3 months). But if the spermatocele is severe, it might extend to phase 2 (6 months) in some severe cases.
That is why SCROTAL SCAN TEST is compulsory after phase 1 treatment to determine whether there will be a need to take phase 2 or not. Most patients normally get rid of SPERMATOCELE in phase 1 (within 3 months) but in severe and aged cases it might extend to phase 2 (6 months) to completely clear it.
*PHASE 2:
(3 months-6 months)*
Phase 2 does not require a detox kit again. The major Spermatocele normal kit as stated in phase 1 is only required here.
